What this PR changes

• pyproject.toml and the pyadata-cli entry of uv.lock move to 0.17.6.
• docs/changelog.md gets a ## 0.17.6 section built from the four PRs' entries:
  • h5py's new floor (3.16) is filed under Changed;
  • the pickle entry now says what the hardening prevents, since the fix ships with this release;
  • B10's note on the 0.17.1 entry says "below", which is where that entry sits from here.
• The changelog had two blank lines before 0.17.3, 0.17.4 and 0.17.5, left by earlier release assemblies. They are now one blank line, as everywhere else. Nothing else in those sections changes.
• STATUS.md gets a Released row for 0.17.6, and "In progress" now records that the audit epic is finished. B10 had already moved every batch's follow-ups into it.

Run locally on this branch: tests/test_docs_are_accurate.py and tests/test_release_pipeline.py (608 passed).

Once this merges with CI green, the 0.17.6 tag publishes to PyPI and Quay, and Benchmark reruns.
