One fix in the description, the migration note should read:
from cmcomponents.biophysics.BacterialModels.CLBacterium import CLBacterium
Tested the change on Linux.

Splitting CellModeller into a base system
CellModellerand plug in components here. Thecmcomponentspackage will be pinned to a correspondingCellModellerversion here.NB: for existing models the import paths to components such as biophysics, integration etc. should point to the
cmcomponentspackage. E.g.becomes
All example models have been updated and should work.
