Move gent.cvr.im to Cloudflare Workers - #2

A test:deploy script deploys a throwaway stage to real infrastructure, so it needs the network and the real home's cloud credentials, which the preload takes away. The test lane defaults guard leaves it alone.
Replace the Railway project, service, custom domain and the two cvr.im DNS records with one Cloudflare.Worker declared with Alchemy (2.0.0-beta.83). - The Worker's fetch is the existing HttpRouter routes (toHttpEffect); the routes stay Alchemy-free and reach GitHub through FetchHttpClient. - The repo install.sh is inlined into the bundle as text through the apps/site/install.sh link, checked at plan time; no runtime file read. - prod: Worker gent-site, custom domain gent.cvr.im, workers.dev off. Other stages: a throwaway workers.dev URL. - State moves to Cloudflare.state(). @distilled.cloud/railway is gone. - tests/deploy.integration.ts (bun run test:deploy) deploys, probes /, /healthz and /install.sh, and destroys.

Serves gent.cvr.im from a Cloudflare Worker declared with Alchemy. deploy-site.yml deploys prod on main and a preview per PR that touches apps/site. Only the site commits, on top of origin/main.
