Description
This PR adds a page to the CollectOSS documentation under the about section contianing informational content about how the app acts with respect to privacy and potentially some guidelines to follow when using it. This should be helpful for any people/companies who are using CollectOSS in environments that may be subject to stringent privacy regulations (such as the EU).
This document is not legal advice, nor is it a formal privacy policy.
