docs: chart coverage, aggregated commits and all-registries downloads - #13

Each chart ends with a Not covered box listing protocols with no data and other repositories or packages that are not charted. Adds no-data markers, pre-creation shading and footnotes for SDK or implementation repositories. …loads chart, drop cheqd from charts Commits are added across each protocol's repositories. The downloads chart covers npm, PyPI and crates.io, so protocols previously marked as having no downloads now show their series. The metrics table lists the top package per registry.
