Summary

Adds configurable podcast skip-back and skip-forward controls across the Android player experience.

Changes

• Added independent skip-back and skip-forward duration preferences.
• Added supported durations: 10, 15, 20, 30, 60 and 90 seconds.
• Integrated configurable controls into the expanded player and mini-player.
• Integrated skip controls with MediaSession, notifications and lock-screen controls.
• Improved rapid consecutive seek handling.
• Preserved existing radio and non-podcast playback behavior.

Verification

• 459 tests passed; 0 failures.
• Debug APK built successfully.
• Detekt: no new issues in changed or added files.
• Manually tested settings persistence, player controls, source switching, notifications and lock-screen behavior.

Notes

Bluetooth hardware-specific testing remains optional.
