Vue example: task status selector lacks an accessible name #3576

Closed as not planned

Description

Problem

The task status <select> in examples/vue-js/src/components/TaskCard.vue has no accessible name. It has no associated label, aria-label, aria-labelledby or title. The nearby task heading is not programmatically associated with the control, and the selected option describes its value rather than identifying the field and task.

With several task cards, a screen-reader user cannot reliably identify which task's status the selector edits.

Verification and attribution

Static inspection confirms the missing naming relationship in the component. The file matches master 0ff666b5d7dab77ccf3cb599b455387f1fc894ea exactly and is carried unchanged into synchronization PR #3573. Copilot reports this in its review summary, without a separate inline thread.

Expected behavior

Give each status selector an accessible name that identifies its purpose and the corresponding task. Verify the name and task distinction in the accessibility tree with multiple cards.
