As an assurance team member, I want to know Nessus plug updates are monitored.

This check for outdated Nessus plugins — https://github.com/cloud-gov/cg-deploy-prometheus/blob/main/bosh/README.md#nessuspluginsoutdated — doesn’t seem to be doing it’s job. We had outdated plugins but didn't get any alert (to the best of my knowledge).

Acceptance Criteria

• A test of "plugins outdated 6 hours" should work, then we make it 5 days or such.
