This repository is public, but much of the work on it happens alongside Cloudflare-internal systems, and links to those have already slipped into a pull request once. This adds the rule to the instructions coding agents read:
AGENTS.md: a new Public Repository section. No links to Cloudflare-internal systems in anything that becomes public: files, commit messages, branch names, and pull request and issue text. Bare ticket IDs such asFORGE-1are fine. It also says what to do if an internal link is pushed anyway: a later commit doesn't remove it from history, so tell the maintainers.CLAUDE.md: importsAGENTS.md, for agents that readCLAUDE.mdrather thanAGENTS.md.The section describes internal systems in general terms rather than listing their hostnames, since listing them here would publish them.
