Superseded by #241, which moves the toolchain channel, rust-version and both base images to 1.98.1 together (the Dockerfiles copy rust-toolchain.toml before any cargo call, so the image tag alone does not change the compiler).

OK, I won't notify you again about this release, but will get in touch when a new version is available. If you'd rather skip all updates until the next major or minor version, let me know by commenting @dependabot ignore this major version or @dependabot ignore this minor version. You can also ignore all major, minor, or patch releases for a dependency by adding an ignore condition with the desired update_types to your config file.

If you change your mind, just re-open this PR and I'll resolve any conflicts on it.

…findVM's positional argument (#244)

* cut: require cocoon v0.6.9 and drop the empty-store banner guard from the snapshot list

cocoon v0.6.9 prints [] for an empty snapshot list --format json, so the prose-banner guard in SnapshotList is dead once the floor moves. RequiredCocoon and docs/deploy.md move to v0.6.9; a non-JSON reply is now a parse error the reconcile logs.

* fix: findVM lists VMs without a positional name argument

cocoon vm list has been cobra.NoArgs since v0.6.6 (#237), so the name findVM passed as a positional argument made every call fail with 'unknown command'. vsockOf after a create, tapOf on the egress lane, the resident-memory stat and confirmGone all degraded on it; confirmGone recorded a removed VM as survived and the release answered 500. findVM now lists everything and keeps its own name filter; List loses the variadic so no caller can bring the argument back.
