Add an option to "talk to another human" to the student sign up page for workshops

Can we add "talk to another human" or something similar as the first option in the drop down list, the current options can be confusing for some students.

@AroraXD I've taken a look at this issue and we already have an I don't know, I'm a complete beginner option in the list. Do we want to rename this option or perhaps move it to the top? It's currently almost at the bottom of the dropdown.
