Description:
routes/auditLogs.ts defines auditLogsRouter (GET / — the caller's own security history, cursor-paginated), but app.ts never mounts it, so the endpoint is unreachable. Mount it at /audit-logs next to the other routers.

Acceptance criteria:

  • app.use('/audit-logs', auditLogsRouter) added after the global IP rate limiter, like the other feature routers
  • A route test confirms GET /audit-logs returns 401 without a token and 200 with one
  • The test confirms a user only sees events where they are the actor or the subject
