test: Add a safe hosted commerce smoke test

Summary

• add an opt-in hosted storefront smoke test using synthetic customer and product records
• verify sign-up, saved address, Stripe test-mode settlement, webhook order creation, order access, email acceptance, password reset, R2 delivery, and image optimization
• refuse live Stripe keys and non-HTTPS targets, then clean up only returned synthetic record IDs
• document the required dedicated admin and plus-address mailbox setup

Verification

• integration suite passed four consecutive local runs (20 tests each)
• GitHub release checks passed on PR perf: Scale dashboard analytics queries #29, including integration and browser tests
• unit tests, lint, typecheck, and production build pass
• smoke configuration rejects missing variables, HTTP production targets, and live Stripe keys
• smoke test discovery succeeds with safe placeholder settings

Hosted run

The full hosted payment run needs dedicated smoke-test admin credentials and a test-mode Stripe secret supplied at invocation time; it is intentionally excluded from ordinary PR CI.
