Pin the production verifier to signer source
9dbb1fe34185dbc28acd8f0ed1e7cd0cb018a7e2, adding Prometheus task, timeout, retry and runtime metrics plus bounded safe GET retries.Preserves the merged PR #15 rotation policy: revision 7, API 33, full Play certificate history, key fingerprints and policy hash are unchanged.
