Updates only the disposable connectbot/test-signer-1 signing policy to revision 15, exported by the authenticated v0.2.2 admin binary. Pins the immutable annotated tag separately from its resolved source commit for builder and finalizer. Test keys, trust epoch, profiles and publishing settings are unchanged. Play remains disabled; production policy is unchanged.
