Centralize the Hermit signer's public verification policies by immutable source repository ID. Trusted reusable workflows in connectbot/actions load these files from protected main, resolve an exact policy commit, and record its digest in final provenance.
Policies authorize the protected android-signer-v1 build/finalizer identities instead of caller-file hashes. Ordinary caller changes and reviewed shared-workflow updates no longer require VM policy changes. Android key identities, package, source refs, rotation constraints, artifact provenance, and exact run/attempt remain checked. Private key files and configuration are not included.
Includes the production ConnectBot policy and a separate disposable-repository test policy. Production activation remains disabled pending the new identity-based live test. Native export validated certificates, key roles, and lineages; signer source revision is 39b8c5393a0e10285905f7ceb5aea73ffa54e870. The Play upload certificate remains 734c431bf9cceb91c4f275618ccb63a529bc59544d5f642db18ecfbdec98a7a0.
