devops-actions/actionlint is a third-party wrapper; kjanat/actionlint is an actively maintained actionlint fork that ships its own action (with built-in shellcheck), so use it directly. In particular, the fork knows about the ubuntu-26.04 runner labels, which upstream actionlint does not yet recognize. Pin to the v1.17 tag rather than v1.17.0, as the former also pins the action's docker image by digest. Signed-off-by: Kir Kolyshkin <kolyshkin@gmail.com>
