• Adds the standard ggshield block (Confluence: Secrets Scanning, ggshield setup, section 6.1) first in .husky/pre-commit and .husky/pre-push. Skipped when CI is set; blocks when ggshield is missing or finds a secret.

Note: master has the same hook files and needs the same change (section 6.8) in a separate PR.
