Fix

Lock file regenerated (clears 22 Snyk findings on its own: undici, sharp, dompurify, fast-uri, js-yaml, zod, smol-toml, astro). Direct bumps: astro ^7.1.6 -> ^7.3.8, @contentstack/delivery-sdk ^5.2.2 -> ^5.6.1 (npm audit findings). The two existing overrides that were pinning vulnerable copies are moved: devalue 5.8.2 -> 5.9.3 (7 findings), qs 6.15.3 -> 6.16.0 (2 findings). Package version 0.2.4 -> 0.2.5. .talismanrc gets a base64content ignore for package-lock.json (lock hashes read as base64 secrets).

Remaining after this PR (2 Snyk, 0 npm audit):

• http-cache-semantics 4.3.0: HIGH x2, no fixed version published
• 22 licence findings (LGPL-3.0 sharp-libvips, MPL-2.0 lightningcss): not fixable by a dependency change

Verification: Snyk 33 -> 2, npm audit 13 -> 0.
