Summary

Promotes develop_v4 to stage_v4. One change since the v4.6.0 release:

• fix(visual-builder): name the hovered entry in the reference map request (fix(visual-builder): name the hovered entry in the reference map request #672)
  The field label's REFERENCE_MAP request now sends the hovered field's entry_uid, content_type_uid and locale instead of {}, so the editor can resolve the map for that entry alone rather than looking up every entry on the page. The response shape is unchanged, and editors that ignore the payload behave as before.

Notes

• Merges cleanly into stage_v4.
• No version bump here. That happens on the release branch.

Test plan

• CI passes on this PR
• With the matching editor change deployed: hover fields of the page entry (no "referenced from" badge, label loads at once), then fields of a referenced entry (badge and tooltip still appear)
