fix(docs): synchronize cslib documentation lockfiles after pin bump #1397

After #1372 bumped the root cslib pin to f4a472560f78c59bbedd795fe041ec507f7d0582, docbuild/lake-manifest.json and guide/lake-manifest.json still record 6ff325e870ed89f86be10515f0e7297fa5a32845 on main at fb764866b. python3 scripts/check_docs.py --config-only fails with Documentation lockfile differs for cslib: rev.
Please synchronize the documentation/guide lockfiles with the root pin using the repository's update workflow, then run the config check. Found during #1394; no documentation-pin files are changed by that task.
