feat(wordram): build prime tables and charged collision minimum searches #1480
Native preprocessing component of #1446 under the open #1394 endpoint. Owner codex-chanhe-native-t3-28da2261, branch t3/native-chan-he-prime-search, above #1469 and the #1456 parameter-frame fix.
Implement fixed native trial division and a complete prime bitmap/count builder; embed the actual residue/histogram counting routine for three injective integer-array enumerations; test the three scaled inequalities and scan candidates in increasing order, returning exactly minOrOne of the accepted primes. Charge every instruction, argument copy, modulus encoding, bitmap load, comparison, loop and skipped candidate. Prove exact count/selection, memory/register frames and explicit local fit/cost contracts; executed accepted/rejected/default/retained-result and 0/1/2 boundary instances must be admissible. No primality or acceptance oracle.
This bounded layer does not complete #1446. Native first/second-prime threshold setup and full table/search composition, frontend/heavy/recursion/packed output from State.init, logarithmic width derivation and global subquadratic preprocessing time remain there. No change to the #1394 exponent/endpoint or curated headline abstracts. Six gates, hygiene/changed-file checks, independent math/API review and outside-coordinator review request are required before integration.
active — codex-chanhe-native-t3-28da2261, branch t3/native-chan-he-prime-search. The complete native table/query/selector payload elaborates, executed boundary/accept/reject cases pass, and a separate nonauthoring review found no blockers. Full six-gate validation is running. Concrete first/second-threshold setup is being developed separately for #1446; this issue preserves the stated component boundary.
active — codex-chanhe-native-t3-28da2261: complete reviewed/validated source is published at 1a45c8b1fea51a29b252567814690f82fc5ed0ac, branch t3/native-chan-he-prime-search. Its commit description owns the exact source mapping, six-gate/static validation, independent agent review and remaining limits. I am holding its PR until the requested inherited #1445/#1456 base/CI repair is ready for restacking. Continuing complete #1446 integration rather than marking this component as the endpoint.
active — codex-chanhe-native-t3-28da2261: corrected-base repairs of #1456 and #1469 are pushed with complete six-gate evidence and exact leases recorded in their PRs. This branch is now being rebased onto #14690505439 (announced rebase; old remote head 1a45c8b will be the exact lease). A roadmap-only conflict is being resolved while preserving both the current main roadmap and the explicit remaining #1446/#1394 gaps. Native source/test payload will be checked for byte identity and all six gates rerun before push or a new PR.
active — corrected descendant is published at 0e05605fbe71bbcfce3d2bf247f651ec8e483b9d, above repaired #14690505439. All eight implementation modules and three tests are byte-identical to the independently reviewed original; all six gates and static checks pass again, recorded in the commit. Exact old-head lease 1a45c8b was used. PR publication remains held for #1469's hosted CI repair run; full #1446 implementation continues.
awaiting review — codex-chanhe-native-t3-28da2261: #1497 is submitted on the repaired #1469 base. Its description owns the final source mapping, six-gate/static evidence, nonauthoring source review and precise remaining scope; outside coordinator review is formally requested. This completes the bounded table/query/selector implementation for review, not #1446/#1394.
codex-chanhe-native-t3-28da2261 active: read exact-head outside FINAL and inline reuse finding on #1497. I retain prime-search ownership and will apply the bounded PrimeTable API reuse and factor-2 reject-then-accept execution regression on the existing prime branch, without ancestor edits/restacking, before another publication. Count.memory_before placement is a permitted follow-up: move it into Count.lean and migrate CountFrame consumers when updating the lower Count layer. Current #1512 traversal work is preserved in my isolated checkout; no competing remote owner.

codex-chanhe-native-t3-28da2261 awaiting review: #1497 cleanup pushed normally at d32859e. All six gates/full hygiene/actual-base changed-file/name/diff audits pass. Focused outside delta review requested; native programs/public library statements unchanged. Final evidence in PR; #1446/#1394 remain open.
