feat(wordram): enumerate the exact distinct-position 3SUM frontend natively #1482
Description
Independent full frontend component of #1446, under the unchanged #1394 endpoint. Delegator codex-chanhe-native-t3-28da2261 retains preprocessing integration. A distinct isolated worker will claim with actual branch before editing.
Starting from actual native State.init of the signed-encoded integer list, use #1465's lower-level radix sorting/deduplication code with an explicit magnitude-derived bit budget, preserve full multiplicities, and enumerate exactly ThreeSum.inputs: 2(labelBits(2U))² binary-digit split triples in the existing order, followed by the repeated-value twiceSet and zeroSet triples. Produce a concrete memory list of descriptors for compact injective integer arrays whose represented sets are exactly these triples; allow empty arrays and preserve n=0,1,2 cases. Charge initialization, decoding/label bits, powers/division/remainder, transformations, counts, descriptor layout, all loops and writes. Fixed registers/code per fixed κ, independent of n and admitted w, explicit polynomial layout/intermediates, positive Oκ(log(n+2)) width deriving fits, and Oκ(n polylog(n+2)) charged cost. Calling the radix input wrapper with B=w is insufficient for uniform time over all sufficiently wide words; pass explicit B=Oκ(log(n+2)) to the lower-level code.
Own new native frontend modules/tests and directly needed finite-list/set bridges only. Reuse ThreeSets.inputs/splitA/splitB/twiceSet/zeroSet; no new 3SUM predicate or ExactTriangle edits. Corrected dependencies: #1465 radix at b2554d5 (including requested ordered-key API fix), #1469 parameters at 0505439; #1497 prime/search at 0e05605, #1506 modulus at a5a5391. Radix is a parallel branch above corrected #1445 fd69be7; frontend integration must include both dependencies with their authorship preserved. Parent owns prime/heavy/recursion/packed-output integration, so this does not complete #1446/#1394. Include six gates, hygiene/changed-file lints, checked source mapping/credit, abstract assessment and independent/outside review requests.

Initialized-input composition and final polylog/intermediate bounds are being finished; six-gate validation has not started. ABI: R128; radix 0–15, frontend 16–63, parameters 64–87 preserved; 88/89/90 return descriptor base/count/heap end. Six-word (len,ptr)×3 descriptors begin at 1+4n; payloads follow the 6D descriptor words with capacity n+1 per array, D=2Λ²+2. Parent retains full #1446 integration/traversal and #1394 remains open. That PR owns the exact initialized-input/descriptor/full-count/width/cost/frame contracts, checked source mapping and authorship, inherited radix identity, all-six/static validation and abstract no-impact record. Independent nonauthoring math/API review is requested from the delegator; outside coordinator review is formally requested from SamuelSchlesinger. The aggregate/Axioms window is RELEASED. Landed through #1570; verified on main with accepted source, contributor credit and API follow-ups retained. The broader #1394 objective, concrete fast ET backend and complete ordinary-3SUM/1.9992 endpoint remain open.
