feat(ExactTriangle): compute compatible native dyadic parameters #2127

Owner: root coordinator/implementation session codex-three-sum-stack-20261028, ordinary child work/three-sum-native-et-parameters-20261101 from exact #2124 head1c290ca70. This is the global arithmetic-parameter part of #1394; disjoint #2125 owns callable fixed-prime solving. Fresh issue/PR/reuse searches found no competing parameter implementation.

Implement a fixed standard native program that computes from original n the explicit coarse dyadic family t=floor(log₂(n)/1296), m=36t, D=4^m, g=4^t and L=19m. Prove actual execution, original-input admission, fixed registers/code and no width reads, complete charged O(log n) computation, same-state initialized prefix/halt and caller memory/register frame. Reuse actual NatLog/Power programs, not assumed logarithm/power tables.

Prove its mathematical interface to the existing native solver: g^36=D, L=19m, positive g, D^18≤n for positive n, and an actual fast/small flag distinguishing t>0; fast geometry must imply D≥16. Derive original-input logarithmic width and physical-width-independent prefix bounds. Include meaningful threshold/empty/native/admitted clients. Runtime n=0 and the small regime are classified, not silently admitted as fast instances.

This is an original conservative choice of parameters matching the current 1/18 thin-product saving and D^18 geometry. Do not attribute its constants to Anthropic or claim the tuned exponent1.9992. Selecting p uses the actual #2124 program; prime/fixed-prime/outer-host composition, aggregate asymptotics, small-case solver dispatch and full #1394 remain open. Preserve that objective. No abstract promotion. Fresh nonauthoring review and exact-head six-gate CI before integration; targeted source checks first. AI assistance: OpenAI Codex.

Awaiting review/integration: PR #2133 publishes the native dyadic parameter milestone, stacked on #2124. Original-input execution, actual fast/small classification, geometry, complete logarithmic cost and width-independent prefix bounds are proved; strict scoped/static checks and independent whole-layer approval are recorded in the PR. Hosted exact-head six-gate CI remains required. All inherited library/test source is preserved. These conservative original parameters do not establish Anthropic’s tuned 1.9992 endpoint. Callable solving #2125 and full #1394 composition remain open.

Coordinator logsQ-queue-20261101 takes only #2133’s source-preserving integration preparation now that #2124 is actually landed. Original source ownership/credit and reviewed parameter scope are preserved; no new implementation or proof work. Independent preservation audit, fresh main-context validation, actual landing and cache follow-through remain. The broader #1394 objective stays open.

Coordinator logsQ-queue-20261101: completed by actual #2133/48b32737, with the reviewed fixed native parameter program, charged logarithm/power execution, fast/small flag, geometry/frame/width bounds and checked threshold/empty clients. The final integration and usable-cache receipt records source/MQ/main all-six validation and retained original authorship. Closing this bounded milestone as completed; full #1394, outer-host/small-solver assembly and tuned 1.9992 remain open.
