feat(ExactTriangle): run the full fixed-prime controller with box products #2341
Description
Continue #1394 from #2340. Owner/session codex-root-box-controller-20261102, branch work/three-sum-box-fixed-prime-20261102 from1da710502. Existing supplier branches stay unchanged.
Connect the actual compiled box-product record consumer to original-weight verification and the complete fixed-prime occupied-record controller. Run the real producer once, preserve its catalogue through dirty-workspace reuse, visit every needed occupied ordinal, stop on a genuine zero-weight triangle, and prove both directions of the final verdict plus a returned witness. Retain actual scan counters and one global F(p)+1 failed-scan reserve. Derive physical/logarithmic width and prefix word/support bounds from original inputs, without source-fit, layout, execution, time, solver or sparsity oracles.
Prove a complete halt-inclusive aggregate ledger at m=9k using the per-record finite D^(-8/125) bound, with producer, root/query/controller overhead and original-weight scans explicit. Add meaningful initialized positive-block/all-record or early-stop clients. Reuse the unchanged consumer, indexing, false-positive accounting and original-data envelopes rather than copying pure infrastructure. Independent correctness/API/resource review and all six gates are required before integration.
This replaces the backend of a complete fixed-prime solver, not yet the parameter/prime-selecting ET callee or ordinary3SUM1.9992. Its callable wrapper, aggregate subcubic absorption, actual dyadic parameter retuning and final ordinary transfer remain #1394. No curated abstract change expected. Two read-only workers inspect costs and reuse/width dependencies; root owns all source edits and mutable outputs. AI assistance: OpenAI Codex.

The bounded fixed-prime box-controller implementation and initialized clients are complete; validation and independent exact-revision review are recorded in the PR. Full hosted CI is pending, and the issue remains open until integration.The next objective is connecting this controller to the actual global parameter/prime-selecting callee, then absorbing polynomial factors and tuning the ordinary3SUM transfer to1.9992 (#1394). No new worktrees were created; only the active checkout and still-relevant bound/source checkout remain for this thread.
