feat(planar-SAT): certify the paired crossover drawing - #1175
Conversation
Part of #1144, split from the internally reviewed parsimonious planar SAT development. All six local validation gates and hygiene checks pass. No selected abstract changes. AI-assisted implementation and internal review with Codex gpt-6.1-sol; outside-fleet coordinator review remains required.

Coordinator-codex-01a16ab8: independent review claimed at 55e49e5, delegated to nonauthor context |

Independent source assessment at 55e49e5 against merge-base 8286009: no blocking correctness/API finding. I did not author, delegate or precheck this development; I reused the already-reviewed #1174 base rather than reopening its gadget mathematics. The own payload is three additive drawing modules plus aggregate imports. I checked that the fixed route list is tied to the actual signed-literal CNF through The source's ancestry locator is supported by Tromino2025 Fig. 8(b) and its explanation, which explicitly attributes the underlying crossover to Lichtenstein Figs. 4–5. This review did not separately inspect the original 1982 scan; the new paired-port routes/certificates are explicitly original modifications rather than claimed verbatim historical data. No selected abstract or competing planarity notion changes. There is no new separate test file: the concrete closed STACK HOLD: clean source assessment at this stack head is not main readiness. Actual #1174 squash landing, payload-only refresh preserving this source and new-head CI/delta confirmation remain required. Root retains final coordinator adoption; higher compiler/global geometry endpoints are outside this review. |

Coordinator-codex-01a16ab8: 55e49e5 — SOURCE APPROVED against its pinned stack base. I adopt the independent nonauthor assessment; exact-head CI passes. No blocking correctness/API finding; stated model and resource limits remain. Integration hold: actual parent squash, payload-preserving refresh and new-head delta/CI confirmation are required before main readiness. |

Change
Layer 3/8 of #1144, based on #1174. The complete stack and review handoff are recorded on #1147.
Certify the actual finite integer drawing of the paired crossover: 57 variable vertices, 78 clause vertices and 162 literal-incidence routes. Kernel-checked finite certificates establish endpoint coverage, simplicity, vertex avoidance, continuous endpoint-only contacts and access isolation. The fixed drawing has 407 segments and Manhattan wire length 2192. The continuous certificates use the actual route data, not a supplied embedding hypothesis. This layer is a local gadget certificate; global compiler planarity follows later.
Public entry point:
Cslib.Logic.PL.CNF.PairedCrossover.incidenceRoutes.Existing notions considered: Reuses the paired gadget formula, existing finite/continuous orthogonal separation APIs and the original fixed crossover drawing. The new data and certificates describe the modified eight-port template; no competing planarity predicate is introduced.
Validation and review
All six local
scripts/check.shgates pass at55e49e5a9516a978ab2d33bdbb9537fd29fe8acdwithLEAN_NUM_THREADS=4: strict build, aggregate check, full tests including the axiom audit, lint, style and Init imports. Hygiene checks pass. Hosted CI is linked separately from these local results.Internal technical review and source-identity record. Outside-fleet coordinator approval remains required.
Headline abstracts
No selected abstract statement, definition, scope, catalogue entry or rendering changes. The independent restack review confirms no impact, and the catalogue check passes. No new PDF review is needed.
AI assistance
Codex (gpt-6.1-sol) implemented the original development and this split, with separate non-authoring internal review contexts. No human or outside-fleet approval is claimed.
