feat(Classes/CountingSimulation): a contraction algorithm from a guarded fast algorithm - #1915
Conversation
…ded fast algorithm Branch on a polynomial-time guard to a fast machine or to direct summation; admissible networks failing the guard have bounded size, so direct summation there costs a constant factor. Read the complete three-file change and the actual interface, native branch/certificate and direct-summation definitions. One fixed machine tests the guard independently of C,D; correctness is global, while only the fast branch's resource bounds require admissibility. On a failing admissible input, s ≤ s₀(C) and m ≤ C·s₀ absorb direct summation's 2^m factor into K. Guard cost and the selected branch are charged separately for time and space; polynomial space never acquires the exponential runtime factor. Binary precision uses the previously reviewed, byte-identical #1862 certificate and its valid precision cap.
The always-false guard instance exercises a satisfiable bounded-size admissibility family without assuming a fast algorithm. Independent arithmetic checks cover the constant/exponent absorption boundaries. Placement and reuse fit the existing interfaces; no curated-abstract impact. This adapter leaves construction of the fast guarded algorithm and its admissibility/threshold proofs open. Checked the cited D.1/D.4.2 context in the pinned manuscript; it does not establish the full contraction theorem.
Whitespace and the 3,193-module aggregate pass. Author reports all six local gates and hygiene; no reviewer Lean build. At inspection, Lean CI and Guide were running, and title checks passed. Live head and review history rechecked before posting.

Non-author integration coordinator Source CI, required queue CI and the fixed main consumer all passed the six validation gates. The source log's actual checkout The main consumer was pinned before retrieval at the landed commit above. It restored queue producer 41169839198 attempt 1, built zero Complexity modules, and published at 05:04:26 UTC. Its public mapping contains 4,333 unique pairs (194,998 bytes). All 16 new artifact references versus the saved e6 baseline returned HEAD 200 with positive lengths. One finalized main log and one mapping were retrieved; the baseline was reused locally, with zero artifact-body downloads. Later #1792/#1794 are outside this fixed checkout. This completes the conditional guarded adapter: a fixed guard independent of admissibility constants, global correctness, and separate time/space charges. Constructing the fast guarded contraction algorithm and discharging its admissibility/resource bounds remain open on #1538/#1833. Selected formal abstracts and rendering are unaffected. This is agent integration, not human review. |
