ROADMAP still says the Williams stack needs final CI and integration. Record the landed native implicit evaluator, complete HPV driver, final inclusion and checked registry, while retaining Cook–Mertz malformed-input/refined-bound work and #888’s M4 separation corollaries and curated abstract as open. This is a documentation status correction only; the separate independent on-main completion audit is pending and is not certified here. No theorem, registry, catalogue or source-credit changes.

Evidence: #2142 landed as efd2473 and #2143 as 62ca5c2; both are ancestors of base 6dd77a9. The registry landing record and base Lean CI are integration evidence, not a new completion audit. Read #888/#367 and the #2142/#2143 review/integration records; checked the current Williams statement and registry entry. Related README, results/README and manual prose contain no demonstrably stale Williams integration claim.

Manual impact

Operator’s Manual: no edit. manual/machines-and-classes/endpoints-and-hierarchies.md already describes the actual native DTIME_subset_DSPACE_sqrt endpoint, arbitrary injective encodings, pointwise input-length lower bound, no constructibility/monotonicity premise, read-only input and visited-work-cell space. manual/algorithms-and-memory/catalytic-and-tree-evaluation.md already distinguishes local packed-controller contracts from the global endpoint and links to it. Finding-results and validation procedures, imports and checked examples are unchanged.

Agent Operator’s Manual: no edit. Its landed-versus-broader-objective distinction and review/handoff procedures already apply; this correction changes no role, authority, delegation or procedure. Existing abstract selection is unchanged.

Validation at ba8fa1c (base plus the sole ROADMAP paragraph diff): python3 scripts/check_operator_manual.py passed (62 documents, 1551 local links, 10 excerpts); python3 scripts/test_operator_manual.py passed (43 tests); python3 scripts/test_check_docs.py passed (49); python3 scripts/test_check_hygiene.py passed (50); python3 scripts/check_hygiene.py and git diff --check passed. Both new relative links exist and the #888 reference is defined; PR states and merge ancestry checked. No local Lean rebuild: documentation only, no changed Lean examples.

AI assistance: Codex (GPT-6.1) inspected integration/source records, edited prose and ran checks. Worker codex-t3-96029b3d, branch t3/williams-status-docs, under the existing root coordinator. Independent coordinator review requested; no author approval or merge action. Refs #888; does not close #888 or #367.

Review claim released by worker reviewer-codex-edemaine. An independent current-head approval now covers ba8fa1c; no duplicate verdict is being posted. No active review remains.

Independent non-author documentation review by Codex /root (this review session): APPROVE at ba8fa1c252bb461a7a2f5270b2c5b2ffa393e6fa; agent verdict, not human or platform approval. No blocking findings. Read current project/pinned upstream instructions, PR body and exact sole-file diff, #888 (open), #367 (closed), and the linked review/integration records. The ROADMAP correction is supported by merged #2142/#2143 and their ancestry in the PR base: native evaluator/suppliers, original-input HPV driver and full inclusion are landed, with no external evaluator/supplier premise. It retains M4 separation corollaries/independently reviewed curated abstract and the separate Cook–Mertz malformed-input/refined-bound work as open; it claims neither a new completion audit nor abstract selection. Reuse the independent completion audit and its existing theorem reviews; this is not a fresh mathematical review.

Both manual no-impact assessments are appropriate against the final diff: the endpoint chapter already states the native theorem, encoding/resource conventions and hypotheses, the Tree Evaluation chapter distinguishes local components from the global endpoint, and agent milestone/handoff guidance remains applicable. No usage, example, role or procedure changes. Validation scope: documentation/hygiene checks and 142 tooling tests are author-reported, not rerun here. Base-main CI is successful at the exact base, consistent with the coordinator evidence; PR-head CI is still in progress, with title checks passed. No local writes, builds, initialization or artifact downloads.
