Generate Ethereum defaults per app: Stack Wallet adds rsFIRO; Campfire supports Ethereum with rsFIRO, USDC and USDT while keeping custom-token editing.
DB migration 17 adds rsFIRO once to existing token catalogs without replacing existing tokens.
Icons use per-app SVG sources cleaned with svgcleaner; Duo keeps its blank SVG and BTC/XMR-only support, and the CI workflow is unchanged from upstream.
