Activity hid every
workflow.finishedrow, so a run that announces nothing of its own, such as a repository profile, never showed that it finished.The history query now keeps a
workflow.finishedrow when no milestone (a row outsideworkflow.*) carries the samepayload.run. A run that recorded one, such as a build withplan.preparedandpr.opened, keeps its finish hidden. The feed gets a generic "finished" verb and icon, so the row reads "Profile finished". The author guide lists the new row.
