Updated the base image from 'hoprd-pix-test' to 'hoprd'.
Fix to the issue: hoprd never receives SIGTERM. The package's entrypoint replaces the image's tini, and bash stays PID 1. Every stop or update ends in a SIGKILL after 10 s.
Added a loop to periodically check for changes in the gnosisvpn-server's IP address and restart hoprd if it changes.
Time for hoprd to close sessions and its DB after SIGTERM (Docker's default is 10s).
hoprd's normal worst case is 1 GiB for paid sessions, up to 1 GiB of acknowledgement buffer, plus its baseline. That's right at 2G. Hitting the limit means the kernel kills hoprd and every client drops. 4G leaves room above that worst case.
Comment out stop_grace_period and remove deploy resources limits.
