Small tweak: the built-in default month-doc title becomes e.g. Go Note Go Notes - September 2026 instead of just September 2026. GOOGLE_DOCS_TITLE_FORMAT still overrides it.

Tests updated; googledocs suite 37 passed, ruff clean.

…<Month> <Year>'

Changes the built-in default title format so a month's doc is named e.g.
'Go Note Go Notes - September 2026' out of the box. GOOGLE_DOCS_TITLE_FORMAT
still overrides it.

Keeps Google Docs' default two-font styling (Trebuchet MS headings, Arial body)
out of the box; set GOOGLE_DOCS_FONT to force one font family across the whole
doc. Applied as an updateTextStyle over the insert, before the bullet requests.
