Summary

Added an automated release notifier for debricked/cli using GitHub Actions.

When a GitHub release is published, the workflow:

  • Generates release notes using GitHub’s API.
  • Extracts the “What’s Changed” pull request list and full changelog link.
  • Sends the release notification to Slack and/or Microsoft Teams.
  • Uses repository secrets for webhook URLs.
  • Requires no polling, GitLab schedule, or duplicate-notification tracking.

Note: Notifications are sent only when at least one configured webhook is available.
