A single-view metrics download previously omitted the selected source rows, and different fiscal years at one cutoff shared a filename. Each panel now also downloads its selected facts, including missing rows and source metadata. Both CSV filenames include a safe period identifier.
Panel/full exports share row construction; full financial/input artifacts remain byte-identical. Prior-period growth inputs still use full lineage. README explains that old reports require their generating revision for byte-exact HTML replay.
Validation: 48 local tests (47 passed, one existing Windows symlink skip), Ruff lint/format, committed report/preview checks, and an installed-wheel demo/verify smoke pass. Chrome checks now save both CSV types, compare every column with full-export slices, and ensure two periods coexist without overwriting. Browser verification runs in CI.
