Readers could download all 54 metric rows but had to filter them to review the selected cutoff/year. Give each saved panel a native CSV download with exactly its nine rows, including formulas, units, statuses, exact fractions, rounded displays and missing-input names. Links remain attached to their own panels through selection/history/fallback and work without JavaScript.
Use the existing CSV serializer and text-label protection for both full and panel exports. The browser does not scrape or recalculate financial values. Add UTF-8/Excel text-import guidance and a before/after-filing exercise. Source, request, analysis and all four full CSV exports (seven files) remain byte-identical; only committed HTML and its manifest hash refresh.
Validation: all 45 local tests, Ruff, formatting, script syntax, exact nine-file replay and preview verification pass. New checks cover every exported panel, hand-checked missing/FCF values, formula-shaped/control/Unicode labels, quoted newlines and negative values. Real Chrome CI now saves and parses actual downloads against the full-export slice, including missing/fallback and no-JavaScript views, and asserts actual viewport widths. A clean wheel invoked with isolated Python outside the checkout generates/verifies all nine files byte-identically, including all six native CSV links. All five Linux/Windows/Chrome CI jobs pass. Chrome asserts actual 1,280px/390px widths and saves 23 downloads, comparing all 207 downloaded metric rows with the full-export slices; it also passes 60 selections/540 metric rows, ten shared-link round trips, 20 history restorations, 80 invalid links and the six-panel no-JavaScript fallback.
