Summary
Merges the Accounts and Administration sections into a single Accounts tree (individual accounts under
/accounts/individual/, organization admin under/accounts/organization/), folds the organization overview into the section landings, and moves account FAQs into a top-level Platform FAQs section between Security and Support. Old URLs are preserved with aliases.Related work: #25957
