Summary
The freelance-escrow demo no longer ships seeded jobs. It starts with an empty list and only shows jobs created through the Post a job form, so nobody reviewing the demo sees fabricated usage. This also adds a simple empty state and updates the README to say the app starts empty.
Demo-only change. No contract, SDK, or public interface changes.
