The September 7–14 article omitted the DuskEVM and Rusk summaries included in the published weekly update. Restore the five component sections using the published wording, replace the inaccurate private-PR exclusion statement, and correct the index description.
Validation: all 14 restored narrative statements match the published update. The existing public sections and all 36 public source links are preserved. Private repository links and identifiers are not included.
