todo - design variable groups

It is currently not possible to deal with design variables if these are an array, e.g. thicknesses. These must be defined as separate variables in Python.

The same is true for constraints.

This is problematic with large number of design variables/constraints. Should be able to be overcome in the main DesOptPy file.
