I design Salesforce systems and then build them myself: the architecture, the automation, and the integrations that connect Salesforce to the rest of the business.
I'm a solution architect at LOVALTO. Before that, I grew from junior Salesforce administrator to senior business application architect at The Opus Group, where I was the lead architect for a 700+ user platform spanning Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Certinia PSA, with integrations to Okta, Slack, Sage Intacct and Google Workspace.
Design, architecture and engineering shape how I solve problems. Growing up around construction projects gave me an eye for structural design and process efficiency, and I apply the same principles to system architecture: break the problem down, then build something well-structured enough to scale.
Outside of work, I'm into cooking, architecture and cars.
Progress often means questioning the status quo and being willing to say no when something isn't right. That's why this is one of my favorite quotes:
"The reasonable person adapts themselves to the world: the unreasonable person persists in trying to adapt the world to themselves. Therefore, all progress depends on the unreasonable person."
