What changes for users?
Prepare the v0.8.9 preview release of the merged agent-header overflow and AppImage child-environment fixes. Synchronize component versions, lockfile entries, installer links and plugin manifests, and move the bilingual release notes from Unreleased to the dated 0.8.9 section.
Users get a compact agent summary with full connection details and usable close controls. Host commands launched inside the AppImage terminal preserve their host environment. The release also includes real UI/PTY/MCP regressions for empty edits and retained human input.
Validation
Limits or follow-up
This PR changes release metadata and documentation. Ubuntu native implementation evidence comes from the previous debug test build; exact draft-asset runtime and checksum checks follow before publishing. macOS interactive behavior, Wayland/fractional scaling and installed-app upgrade coverage remain outside the recorded native run.
