Adds a Chargebee Product Catalog 1 emulator for seeded plans, customers, trial subscriptions, cancellation and saved payment sources. Payment sources consume single-use Stripe tokens through a shared Core Store; customer payment roles and token consumption persist through snapshot/restore.
This PR targets
mainand contains only Chargebee behavior, integration tests, service registration and documentation. It uses the Stripe card-entry and token support merged in #14.The supported contract is documented with explicit limits: no real payments, Product Catalog 2, invoice generation, tax calculation or 3DS. CLI services keep independent stores; cross-provider token exchange uses an embedded shared-store setup.

89bc99a97e120b6bc3f46d03062cff6de2094223after feat(stripe): emulate Elements card entry and single-use tokens #14 merged. The rebase is conflict-free and the resulting files are byte-for-byte identical to the previous branch head; only commit ancestry changed.
