Adds the two translation workflows, copied byte for byte from
exercism/i18n/source-repo-workflows/atcf678c6, and theready-to-translatelabel. This repo is not a track, so org-wide-files does not sync them here.exercism/i18nholds the translation for every production locale for all the English a PR changes. It only blocks merging oncecompletenessis made a required check.exercism/i18nwhen a maintainer addsready-to-translate, and removes the label if a later push changes the English. Once the translations land, the check re-runs and the PR gets one reply: "This PR has been translated 🚀".Tested end to end on
exercism/website-copy. Hungarian already holds every translation this repo needs. The label is in.appends/.github/labels.yml(and the generated.github/labels.yml); remove it from.appendsonce exercism/org-wide-files#408 adds it globally.🤖 Generated with Claude Code
