• Sync button triggers synchronization of unread posts — the Storage page invokes the existing IDataService.SyncAsync() flow and refreshes unread posts afterward.
• Unread posts list renders with individual download and delete actions — the page loads GetUnreadPosts() and renders per-post controls.
• Download button is disabled when the post file is already present locally — based on ILocalHtmlStorageService.IsPostHtmlCached.
• Download progress is displayed during an active download — an item-level indeterminate progress indicator is shown while downloading.

Follow-up changes completed in PR #200:

Validation after the changes: 46 MAUI tests passed and the MAUI Windows build succeeded.
