Refs fells-code/seamless-auth-api#463
Bumps @seamless-auth/types to ^0.29.0 in core and nextjs so apps resolve one copy alongside the client SDKs, CLI and API. The OAuth start and callback bodies are passed through unchanged by every adapter, so the new optional binding field needs no code change. Also refreshes the bundled manifest fallback against API v0.19.2 (apiVersion only, routes identical).
