Remove PR Review workflow that uses foxglove/actions - #175

Deletes
.github/workflows/pr-review.yml. Its only job calledfoxglove/actions/.github/workflows/review.yml@mainwithANTHROPIC_API_KEY. Beefcake will review this repository's pull requests instead.Merge this after foxglove/beefcake#92 is deployed. Merging it first would leave this repository without AI review.
"PR Review" is not a required status check on
main, so this does not block merges. After merging, theANTHROPIC_API_KEYrepository secret can be removed if no other workflow uses it.
