Transport spools can exceed their allowance after ingestion has caught up because committed rotated files are still held by writers or reclamation is blocked. This release improves safe cleanup and exposes the cause without discarding unread data or resetting reporting history.
Release-Version: 3.2.9
Validation: 109 focused Python tests pass (two environment skips), 36 release/workflow tests pass, all 46 frontend tests pass, dashboard build succeeds, shellcheck passes, and the diff is clean. The full local runner was exercised; three live upgrade-owner test groups are blocked by this environment's PID/proc namespace. GitHub's Ubuntu, systemd and amd64/arm64 Docker acceptance checks provide the final deployment validation.
After merge, the existing release workflow accepts both image architectures before publishing 3.2.9 and updating latest. The precise cause of an existing live reclamation failure is available through the new
getbible capacity --jsonsnapshot; unsupported filesystem leases or ownership problems still require correcting that environment.
