Half page scrolling for the Copilot cli output
Proposed solution
In vim and all other TUIs I'm used to scrolling by half pages to keep the context of what I'm reading.
The docs only lists Page Up and Page Down for scrolling full pages. I would like something along the lines of what exists in the /diff mode with Ctrl + U and Ctrl + D.
