Copilot CLI timeouts after about 20min

Describe the bug

When Copilot is configured with external provider (COPILOT_PROVIDER_BASE_URL=.., COPILOT_OFFLINE=true, provider: Bionic from LM Studio) prompts to the model time out after about 20 minutes (during Prompt processing stasge) reque, then are resent, this repeats few minutes after Copilot gives error "Connection timed out to provider at ..."

This behaviour (timeouts, retry are not documented and no known configuration exists to controll it)

Affected version

GitHub Copilot CLI 1.0.89.

Steps to reproduce the behavior

1. Enter prompt for the model that will be processed in Prompt processing stage longer than 20 minutes
2. Wait....
3. No profit :(

Expected behavior

There should be configuration settings for timeouts & retry settings
