Clearer notification tab header that GitHub Copilot needs feedback #5078

Describe the feature or problem you'd like to solve

Today when Copilot nbeed feed back in a CLI session (in windows) it shows the same Spinner when it is working.
So if i have multiple session tabs open i cant tell if a non focused tab is workign or waiting for input without switching to it.

Proposed solution

Use a different icon for the Tab if it needs feed back,
Possibly ❓symbol.
